Return and Refund Policy
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in suitable packaging
- Shoe boxes must be returned in protective packaging to avoid the shoe box being damaged. If boxes are damaged in transit, they will not be eligible for a refund and the shoes will be returned back to you.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items returned after 14 days
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Socks, tights, or hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty) are eligible for an exchange or credit note only
Refunds
Returns take 2-4 days to be processed once received back and and if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
Exchanges We offer size and product exchanges subject to stock availability. If you need to exchange an item, contact us via email.
Return Shipping
You, as the buyer, are responsible for any return postage. Please ensure that you obtain proof of shipping. Returns remain your responsibility- Daisy & Ted's are not responsible if returns get lost in transit back to us.
You may also return items to the store.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number for a prompt soloution.
